Centennial Senior Living

Working closely with the City of Las Vegas Planning Division and CIty Council, this parcel was the last to be developed within the Centennial Town Square Master Plan and granted several waivers to begin development. When complete, the senior residential community will host three levels of intended lifestyle. The project will include a total of 191 units with 51 reserved for assisted living, 23 for memory support, and 97 set aside for independent living. The development will include a wellness spa, offices for outside visiting healthcare professionals, enhanced dining experiences, a learning center, theatrical cinema, social lounges, pool, and pet park, as well as a 12-hole putting course with views of the Las Vegas Strip.
